Workshop Summary
In this talk, featuring the former GC of one of the UK's largest fashion brands, we will explore how brands are dealing with changing customer expectations and the threats and opportunities posed by emerging trends, including a break down in consumer loyalty, gamification, growing consciousness around ESG and evolving search engine strategies and more. Increasingly, brands are operating as a shorthand for trust, businesses are expecting their brands to work harder, but this requires a strategic shift, placing brand front and foremost of their business strategy.

Ben is head of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.
He has worked with emerging start-ups, household names, and luxury fashion brands, providing expert guidance on the intersection of technology and law. Ben is also an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), where he contributes as a committee member.
